Paintings
I use figurative and abstract elements in my painting.
In most cases these images are taken from my everyday life, my surroundings/ landscapes, or the memories of the places I used to live, and images of people surrounding me.
Videos
From 2002 to 2005 the main subject of my work was identity and inheritance.
My grandmother and her life was the main focus of that research. I was researching her, while simultaneously observing my everyday life.
